We're looking for people who embody our values and demonstrate the desire to learn new skills. The ideal candidate should live in Manchester, CT area or be comfortable with the commute.**Sunday - Thursday: 10:00pm - 6:00am****NOTE: Candidate will need to commit to working first 2 weeks on 1st shift for training.****What You Will Do*** Manufacture of foam necessary in the production of various wound care products within current company policies and procedures.* Adhere to good manufacturing/documentation practices and/or relevant ISO/regulatory standards.* Ensure that all relevant quality paperwork is completed including work orders and cleaning logs.* Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and establish a safety-first mindset.* The orderly storage of work in progress including proper identification of lot designation and product status.* Maintain facility and production area cleanliness.* Evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.* All other duties as assigned.**Who You Are*** High School diploma or equivalent.* Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.* Comfortable with wearing full-face respirator during shift.* Requires ability to perform general math computations.* Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.* Requires ability to take initiative to solve problems.* Ability to lift to approximately 60 lbs and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift with appropriate rest and meal breaks.**Compensation and Benefits:**Expected Compensation$22.00/starting hourly rate + 10% shift deferential + annual bonus + benefitsAlong with competitive pay you will be eligible for the following benefits:* United Healthcare PPO / EyeMed Vision Insurance / Delta Dental Insurance* Wellness program provided through Rally* Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)* 401(k) with employer match and annual employer base contribution* Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance.* Employee Assistance Program* PTO offering with Paid Holidays (30 days)* Voluntary benefits to include critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance* Employee discounts program* Scholarship program for children of Essity employees.**Location:**Manchester, CTAdditional InformationThe Company is committed to equal employment opportunity and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified candidates and employees pursuant to applicable law.
