Position: Director, Workday Financials

Location: KPMG Consulting Practice Responsibilities:

Lead Workday Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications, including FDM and Chart of Accounts design. Manage key client relationships, including project delivery, consulting on best practices, and managing project deadlines. Oversee the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Supervise and performance-manage staff working on assigned engagements. Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial and cost management policies. Qualifications:

At least eight years of ERP experience, specifically in Financials implementation and upgrades related to FDM. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Completed at least one full implementation of Workday Financials, with Workday certification in Financials or Integration. Candidates without current certification will be required to obtain it within three months of employment. Strong verbal and analytical skills, with the ability to produce publication-quality writing. Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
