Duties : Defend clients in patent litigation matters, focusing on complex legal issues. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. Manage discovery processes and document review in high-stakes cases. Conduct legal research to support case strategies. Assist in trial preparation and represent clients in court, if necessary. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to formulate effective defense strategies. Engage in settlement negotiations and provide strategic legal advice. Requirements : At least 2-3 years of experience in complex litigation, focusing on patent defense. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong writing and communication skills. A positive, proactive approach to legal practice and client relations. Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications : Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice (California). Skills : Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities.
