Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help us modernize our restaurant systems to enable more nimble and profitable operations while ensuring continued customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for aligning and documenting requirements and advocating for simple, effective solutions when it’s easier to choose the complex. You’ll need to take decisive action while bringing stakeholders along as we partner with best-in-class industry leaders and restaurant solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Action Through Churn and Noise: Coalesce various stakeholders, including executives, on what is truly important to include in our restaurant requirements.
Lead the modernization of our various restaurant systems t o create a seamless and efficient operational environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability between systems.
Leverage third-party solutions to enhance system capabilities and streamline operations.
Drive Us to Simplicity: Lead us from today's often complex requirements into simpler, industry-standard solutions.
Advocate for the development of simple, user-friendly solutions that address complex business challenges.
Balance technical feasibility with user experience to deliver products that delight our customers.
Keep the Right People Involved: Maintain good communication to keep the churn and noise down.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, business, and HR teams.
Communicate effectively across various modalities to align on goals, priorities, and expectations.
Get Things Done: Be a product manager who excels at execution and getting things done, even in challenging environments.
Drive projects forward with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Bring people along as you move forward, encouraging both discussion, debate, as well as commitment and action.
Drive to clarity, optimize , and think through compromises to achieve the best outcomes.
Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with experience in integrating 3rd party systems into an existing company.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience working in a restaurant at some point in your life.
