We are looking for an Optician for our San Francisco location. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver a positive in-store experience by providing styling expertise to clients. - Educate clients about AHLEM's products, philosophy, values, and brand culture. - Build and maintain a loyal client book through strong relationships with customers. - Responsible for reaching and exceeding sales goals regularly. - Assist management in various operational duties. - Serve as an AHLEM expert in selecting frames and lenses best suited to specific needs, style, and RX. - Responsible for taking and recording measurements such as bridge and eye size, temple length, and pupillary distance using the appropriate tools. - Manage work orders for lab technicians to ensure the accuracy and delivery of client prescription lenses. - Ensures completed eyewear meets AHLEM standards. Qualifications: - Licensed in Ophthalmic Dispensing preferred but not required. The company will support and pay for ABO certification. - 2+ years sales experience in luxury eyewear or high-end luxury retail. - Flexible schedule and available to work weekends. - Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude. - Medical, Dental, and Vision. - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
