Essential Functions
Attends meetings, workshops, and seminars (e.g. updates on data regulations, staff meetings, cross training activities, etc.) for the purpose of gathering information required to perform functions. Compiles data from a variety of sources (e.g. state data requirements, student records, etc.) for the purpose of complying with financial, legal, and administrative requirements. Coordinates a variety of functions and/or program components (e.g. regulatory reports, district data requirements, etc.) for the purpose of completing activities and/or delivering services in a timely fashion. Organizes students into classes (e.g. enrollment, class rosters, classroom schedules, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring students enter the correct classes, classrooms, with the correct teacher, meeting district guidelines. Performs record keeping and clerical functions (e.g. student records, student tardy lists, etc.) for the purpose of supporting school administration staff. Prepares a variety of reports and related documents (e.g. department reports, AZ Merit, Azella, etc.) for the purpose of providing documentation and information. Processes documents and materials (e.g. district reports, tardy reports, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Records a variety of information (e.g. ELL, migrant, and SPED students; extracurricular activities; cumulative records; state academic and language assessments, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the department is current in its records, current practices, and administrative processes. Responds to written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources (e.g. teachers, administrators, other schools, other district personnel, etc.) for the purpose of providing information and/or providing direction. Supports assigned administrative personnel (e.g. teachers, administrators, etc.) for the purpose of providing assistance with their functions and responsibilities.
Experience: Job related experience is required. Education: Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area. Equivalency:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of satisfactory job-related experience. Clearances:
Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance, IVP (Identity Verified Print) Fingerprint Clearance Card. Salary: $16.13/Hr 211 Days Position
