About the Role
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be the linchpin of our logistics and supply chain. You will oversee all daily warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Your primary objective will be to drive operational efficiency, maintain a high standard of quality, and ensure a safe, productive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all inventory control activities, implementing and managing systems to ensure accuracy and minimize loss.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse.
- Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED ; a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a warehouse or distribution center, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , with strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
