Requirements Graduate of an MA program (preferred) 1+ year of medical assisting experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with EMR systems (preferred) Responsibilities
Conduct phone triage and patient call-backs, including delivering lab results, follow-ups, and answering patient questions Room patients and take vitals Prepare patients for exams and assist physicians Manage electronic medical records (EMR) through accurate and timely data entry Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, including forwarding patient questions to physicians or advanced practice providers Benefits
