Job Title: Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) Client: Crown Point, IN Type: Per Diem/Part time Pay Rate: Up to $40/hour Job Summary: We are seeking an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our Crown Point, IN practice. The EFDA will support dentists by performing advanced clinical duties such as placing and finishing restorations, taking impressions, fabricating temporary crowns/bridges, performing coronal polishing, taking radiographs, and maintaining infection control standards. This role directly contributes to patient care, comfort, and overall clinical efficiency. Requirements: ~1–2 years of dental assisting experience. ~ High school diploma or GED. ~ EFDA certification, CPR certification, and X-ray certification. ~ Strong knowledge of restorative procedures and attention to detail.
