BreakThrough Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Part Time Care Coordinator/PT Technician to join our team!
-Clinic Location: Cary, NC 27513
-Salary: ~$15 /HR
-Hybrid role: Front Desk/PT Tech
-Part Time: 10 Hours/WK Mondays and Wednesdays 3:15pm-close (8pm)
Responsibilities
You'll Achieve Success By: Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation. Answering phone calls and assisting patient s
in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment. TECH Responsibilities:
Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation. Preparing equipment and treatment areas. Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment. Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked. Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort. Qualifications
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required Basic office and customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
