Epic Professional Billing Analyst Job Summary: We are partnered with a reputable healthcare network on their search for a Epic Professional Billing Analyst. The Epic Professional Billing Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Epic Professional Billing (Resolute) module. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, claims processing, and reimbursement workflows for the organization's provider services.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary:
$120,000-$150,000 Medical, Dental, Vision Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off: Vacation, Personal, and Sick time 9 Paid Holidays Epic Professional Billing Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Configure and customize the Epic Professional Billing application to support operational workflows Maintain and support the Resolute Professional Billing module, including claim scrubbers and collection agency interfaces Analyze current workflows and implement optimized processes Serve as the primary support contact for Epic PB users, including on-call rotations Troubleshoot billing issues and system errors Provide end-user training and create system documentation Assess and implement updates with each new Epic release Ensure compliance with healthcare billing and coding standards Epic Professional Billing Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Epic Professional Billing certification required Experience configuring Epic modules and supporting revenue cycle operations Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and general medical billing practices Strong communication, problem-solving, and system analysis skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Additional Notes:
Cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, and clinical departments is required Candidates must stay current with Epic technologies and maintain certification This is a highly specialized, hands-on role in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
