Location

Our West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 209.

Job Summary

The Program Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, institutional, and programmatic regulations governing Title III grants. This on-site position plays a key role in monitoring grant activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal controls to ensure that all Title III initiatives are implemented in accordance with U.S. Department of Education guidelines. The Compliance Coordinator works closely with Activity Directors, financial officers, and institutional stakeholders to ensure grant integrity and successful program outcomes.

This limited term position is funded through Title III sponsored funds. Continuation of employment is based upon availability of funds.

Responsibilities Monitor Title III grant activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and university policies, including EDGAR and the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200). Maintain accurate records of programmatic activities, timelines, and expenditures for all Title III-funded initiatives. Assist with the preparation of interim and annual performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to the U.S. Department of Education. Review personnel, travel, procurement, and budget requests for compliance with Title III guidelines before approval. Coordinate and conduct compliance training for Activity Directors and support staff on grant policies, allowable costs, and reporting requirements. Perform internal audits and risk assessments to ensure that internal controls are adequate and functioning effectively. Collaborate with the Grants and Budget Analyst to align financial documentation with programmatic goals. Track performance measures and assist Activity Directors in documenting and evaluating progress toward objectives. Maintain secure, well-organized records for audits and federal site visits. Serve as liaison with university departments (e.g., Procurement, HR, Finance) to facilitate compliant grant administration. Support the Director in developing and updating policies, procedures, and best practices for Title III grant administration. Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful execution of Title III initiatives. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Higher Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal grant compliance, monitoring, or higher education administration.

Demonstrated experience working with grant-funded programs or federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

Proposed Salary

Compensation will be based on the candidate's education, experience, and qualifications.

Strong understanding of federal regulations governing Title III and higher education grants. Familiarity with EDGAR, Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), and federal reporting requirements. Knowledge of higher education administrative processes (e.g., HR, procurement, travel, finance). Skills:
