We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior investment professionals. This role will begin in New York City and transition to San Francisco as the firm establishes a West Coast office. The EA will serve as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing seamless administrative and operational support. In San Francisco, this individual will also play a key role in creating office presence, greeting visitors, and providing occasional front-of-house coverage. Provide high-level administrative support, including heavy calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Manage expense reporting and track project timelines. Assist with office presence in the San Francisco office (scheduling, visitor management, office logistics). Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Bachelor's degree required. ~5-10+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in finance, technology, or a similarly fast-paced industry. ~ Comfortable working independently in a small-office setting. ~ Willingness to relocate to San Francisco within one year.
