Marketing Associate – Entry Level Mason, OH | Full-Time | Entry-Level
Alimark Marketing is a marketing firm based in Mason, Ohio . Our team focuses on in-person, results-driven marketing strategies to help our clients grow — and we’re currently hiring for an Entry-Level Marketing Associate .
This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in local marketing campaigns , brand awareness efforts , and team development . We promote entirely from within, so we’re looking for individuals who are serious about long-term growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients and manage their in-store marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Help increase brand visibility through in-person outreach and events
- Track individual and team progress against campaign goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
- Learn the fundamentals of team leadership and campaign management
Who We're Looking For:
- People with experience in sports, leadership, retail, or customer service
- Self-managed and able to stay on task without constant supervision
