Overview Under limited supervision, this position acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead complex data analyses and develops advanced business intelligence solutions to provide strategic insights for operational and clinical leadership. Synthesizes and interprets multi-source datasets to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks. Partners closely with business and clinical stakeholders to define, prioritize, and translate data requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions. Designs and optimizes enterprise-level dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. Drives improvements in BI tool performance through advanced data management techniques, including data validation, indexing, and governance, to enhance user experience and decision-making impact.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Experience in advanced data gathering, organizing, and reporting, especially within the healthcare industry.
Proven ability to collaborate with executive leaders.
Expert Tableau and / or other BI tool proficiency.
Proven leadership of complex BI projects.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications Epic Clarity Certification and/or Epic experience
Work experience in healthcare analytics and operations.
Experienced with large, complex databases and/or datasets.
Epic experience and / or Epic Clarity certification.
Knowledge of SQL and statistical programming.
