Position Summary Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Monitor the Delphi tool usage by Sales team members to ensure it is used efficiently and in compliance with related procedures. Inform Sales team members about compliance issues and updates related to the Delphi system. Prepare reports of market research findings using Delphi, including graphic illustrations and text descriptions of findings. Prepare reports (e.g., production, business opportunity, period end, sales activity) as requested by Sales managers. Create, maintain, and/or update databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., mailing lists, competition, tours). Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening or distributing mail). Responsibilities Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
