Junior Data Analyst
Location: 4 days a week onsite in Irving, TX (1 day remote)
Duration: ~ 9 Months
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Hourly Rate: $35-$40/hr depending on experience
Our large Retail client, is looking for a Junior Data Analyst for a 40 hour a week, ~ 9 month role. This role requires 4 days a week onsite (1 day remote) at headquarters in Irving, TX.
Junior Data Analyst Responsibilities:
The staffing industry has seen an increase in people falsely representing themselves as recruiters to gather personal information from job seekers. Junior Data Analyst

Junior Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across various C-Shopper development initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
- Support platform enhancements to improve impact and usability for internal and external users.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and Customer Success resource for the C-Shopper Team.
- Engage with Marketing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Operations, and Finance teams to drive adoption of Customer Insights.
- Produce analytics projects and demonstrate platform capabilities to internal users.
- Conduct onsite and virtual meetings to support user engagement and training.
- Provide Help Desk support and ongoing training for assigned user groups.
- Deliver insights and case studies that help users make data-driven decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform customer-centric sales and marketing strategies.
- Support onboarding and ongoing success processes for internal users.
- Execute ad hoc analytics projects and presentations for internal and selected external stakeholders.
- Define and track metrics for program impact, customer satisfaction, and platform usage.
- Identify and remove barriers to project success.
- Collect and report user feedback to improve platform adoption and effectiveness.
- Monitor market and customer trends to enhance user experience and drive innovation.
- Experience in marketing, merchandising, or customer insights analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse internal teams.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving adoption and usage of analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with customer success strategies and user engagement best practices.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Proficiency in tools related to data visualization, reporting, and customer insights platforms.
