Present insights directly to clients in the insurance sector, offering data-backed recommendations to enhance acquisition campaigns and improve ROI. Provide strategic support in the development and refinement of data models that power core business functions. Be a trusted advisor to C-Level executives, supporting major strategic initiatives with rigorous data interpretation and forward-thinking analytics. Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for data use and analytics to support business growth and operational efficiency. qualifications: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong emphasis on call center operations and business analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Excel, and business intelligence tools like AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or similar. Exceptional communication skills-you know how to make data tell a story that resonates with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. A strategic mindset paired with a builder's mentality-you see where data can make a difference and know how to bring those insights to life.
