The Skills You Will Bring You’re a strong communicator with an analytical mindset and a passion for helping organizations succeed through people data. You bring: HR/People analytics experience: Experience with HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, retention, turnover, performance, recognition, DEI, or other people metrics) and applying analytics in organizational contexts. Analytical foundation: Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, or Power BI. Consulting mindset: Ability to work with customers, understand business questions, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on people data. Data storytelling: Skill in translating insights into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration: Comfort working with cross-functional teams and clients, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. Quality focus: Attention to detail and delivering accurate, polished work for executive audiences. I/O psychology knowledge: Understanding of organizational psychology and HR metrics is preferred. Educational foundation: Advanced degree in relevant fields is preferred.
