RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst/Scientist I in Miami, FL. The role functions include the set up and maintenance of static data for our client's products and instruments in our banking core system. Essential Functions: Validation and reconcile market and reference data from internal and external sources Monitor and resolve data discrepancies to reduce settlement issues Collaborate with teams across operations, compliance, finance and risk to ensure data quality Set up of client's fees exception in the system Create Reference and Audit Letters for clients Duration: Possibility of extensions up to 1 year Location: Hybrid position in Miami, FL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote a week) 3 days a week on-site in Miami, FL Candidates must be local to the greater Miami, FL area and willing to go onsite 3 days a week Not open to fully remote candidates REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of experience Previous banking experience Understanding of basic financial instruments Knowledge of regulatory requirements MS Office Suite Proficient (especially Excel) Bilingual in English/Spanish Ability to reconcile, validate, clean large data sets Attention to detail/organized individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Plus Skills: Strong analytical skills Tableau proficiency Bloomberg Polarlake proficiency The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
