We’re looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Appian's University Recruiting program. You’ll manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process for university candidates and own close relationships with university departments, career centers, student groups, and department faculty. University Talent Acquisition is a cornerstone of Appian’s talent strategy, and you will be a prominent contributor in shaping the company’s culture and innovation. About You Passion for recruiting students, with a history in recruiting and event management Outstanding ability to cultivate relationships with university students and internal senior leadership Seeks to attract talented, diverse students from top universities; works with students at all levels of their academic careers Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment Develops and executes diversity sourcing strategies and partnerships Manages activities including candidate pipelining, relationship-building, event staffing, scheduling, high-volume interview scheduling, and maintenance of job postings Proficient with applicant tracking systems and presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) Loves planning and executing creative events to build our brand with partner universities Comfortable delivering presentations or participating in public speaking engagements Partners effectively with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and position goals Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent At Appian You Will Own candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing Source candidates across recruiting platforms Contribute to building positive brand recognition in local, domestic, and international communities Partner with hiring leaders across departments as a strategic advisor Help improve, evolve, and scale interview practices Understand Appian’s business strategy and competitive positioning Up to 20% travel during peak recruiting seasons Tools and Resources Training and development: onboarding focuses on department-specific training with mentorship and the First-Friend program as widely utilized resources Growth opportunities: leadership programs, Appian University training, skills-based training, and tuition reimbursement Community: inclusive, with eight employee-led affinity groups to build internal and external networks About Appian Appian is a software company that automates business processes.
