Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team productivity. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation. Analyze financial data to assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting roles, preferably in senior or managerial positions. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (GAAP, IFRS). Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Compensation The compensation for this role is currently undefined.
