Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Manager to join our team on-site at our Dallas office. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financials, oversee daily accounting operations, and provide critical financial insights to leadership. Experience in construction or project-based accounting is a strong plus. Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Perform bank and account reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries Enter estimates and change orders Review and analyze financial statements Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist in accounts receivable Audit entries for accuracy and compliance Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Assist leadership with reporting and financial insights Monitor P&L by job Support process improvements Reconcile intercompany transactions Be flexible and collaborative in supporting other areas of accounting and operations as business needs evolve What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA a plus 2–5+ years of accounting experience Strong skills in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar systems) Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full-time, fully in-office work environment with a collaborative team Opportunities to grow within a dynamic and expanding company Exposure to both day-to-day accounting operations and higher-level financial strategy How to Apply Submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience.
