Overview Seeking an Accounting Manager with Dynamics 365 experience! Responsibilities Serve as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 F&O, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to business users during implementation. Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure the system is ready for deployment. Transition into a full-time Accounting Manager role overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring efficient use of D365 F&O. Manage, review, and mentor accounting staff, including preparing financial analysis, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Ensure data integrity and alignment between D365 and financial reporting structures. Maintain the chart of accounts, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations. Support compliance initiatives, internal controls, and audit processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, enhance financial processes, and optimize the use of Dynamics 365 F&O. Lead multiple projects as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
