Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to pull orders from a shared email inbox.
- Email customers to clarify orders and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of product and shipping information.
- Ensure all interactions align with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Report to the Customer Service Supervisor and handle special projects as directed.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with an excellent dependable work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with occasional half-day on Saturdays. Start time may be as early as 5/6 AM.
