Position: Bilingual Onsite Call Center Representative / Office Assistant
Location: San Diego, CA 92101, Onsite
Duration: Temporary – until mid-January (may be extended based on performance and business need)
Pay: $19–$21/hour depending on experience
Job Summary:
Temporary Office Specialist is needed to help with a time-limited project. Candidate will answer high volume of calls from applicants needing to apply or update applications. Must have excellent communication skills, call center experience, and data entry experience. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
This is an onsite position located in downtown San Diego. This role combines high-volume phone support with general office and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer and prioritize multiple incoming calls
- Provide information and assistance to callers
- Perform clerical and secretarial tasks with accuracy and speed
- Compose correspondence and reports from instructions or independently
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files
- Operate computers and office software (Word, Excel, databases)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing
- Work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- Call center experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
