Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to support the manufacturing processes of medical devices. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of medical devices. Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Document equipment performance, production data, and maintenance activities accurately. Collaborate with team members, including quality control and engineering, to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements, including ISO standards and GMP guidelines. Assist in setting up and calibrating equipment before production runs. Report any deviations or malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment preferred. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
