Regional Legal Counsel - North America Job at KSB US in Richmond

Overview Regional Legal Counsel – North America (RLC) is the senior legal and compliance leader for KSB’s North American operations, collaborating with the KSB Corporate Legal team and regional colleagues. The RLC provides business-oriented legal guidance, harmonizes policies and agreements, manages complex litigation, oversees entity governance and restructuring, and ensures that AMN entities operate in full compliance with KSB Group Directives and regulatory requirements. The RLC also serves as Local Compliance Officer (LCO) for KSB U.S. entities, coordinating the local compliance strategy with the KSB Group Compliance Officer, leading training initiatives, managing risk assessments, and ensuring consistent policy implementation. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who partners with business leaders to drive risk mitigation, operational consistency, and legal clarity across the region.
