We are seeking TS/SCI Cleared Software Engineers to support a high-visibility national security program focused on modernizing and sustaining critical enterprise systems. These systems serve as the primary gateway for users to submit, manage, and retrieve intelligence data while coordinating collection, exploitation, dissemination, and production activities across a secure national network. This program applies DevSecOps and Agile development practices, emphasizing communication, integration, automation, and operational stability. What You’ll Do Collaborate within a Scrum team to plan, execute, and coordinate software development activities. Design, build, document, test, and debug software solutions to address mission-critical requirements. Apply established standards, tools, and processes across the entire software development lifecycle. Leverage expertise in software/hardware integration, data processing, and user interface development to design robust solutions. Identify and resolve program errors, maintain development documentation, and analyze system functionality to clarify requirements and outputs. Ensure compliance with software standards and best practices. Required Skills Active TS/SCI clearance with current investigation. Proficiency in Java development. Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes. Troubleshooting skills across Linux and Windows environments. Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving mission needs. Proven experience supporting and integrating COTS/FOSS solutions. Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies. Preferred Experience Large-scale software development, including: Java code development, modification, and troubleshooting COTS integration Agile development (Scaled Agile Framework / SAFe experience ideal) Front-end frameworks (Angular, DOJO), application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic), and web technologies (HTML, Selenium, JavaScript, REST, XML, UML) Databases: Oracle, Postgres, SQL, PL/SQL CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Kafka, Zookeeper, Consul Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive, Kafka). Familiarity with containerization/configuration tools (Docker, Chef). BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
