Honour Consulting Inc. is hiring: Assistant Project Manager in Charleston

Our client is a well-established Commercial/Industrial General Contractor that is seeking a strong Assistant Project Manager or up and coming Project Manager to join their team in Charleston, SC. They work on a variety of large commercial and industrial projects such as life sciences, mission critical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, aviation, and a variety of other high-profile projects.

Title : Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager depending on experience

Start Date : October, 2025

Location : Charleston, SC

Base Pay Range : $80k-95k for Assistant Project Manager and $95k-110k for Project Manager

+ phone/vehicle allowance, bonus, full benefits, etc.

Market Sector : Industrial

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
• Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Other standard duties

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on industrial or large commercial projects is a requirement
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Managment, or equivalent work experience
• 2-10 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar required
• Prior experience working for a commercial or industrial general contractor strongly preferred
