Midland, Texas (Permian Basin region) INDUSTRY: Residential & Commercial Construction Our client , a Midland-based custom builder specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, and civil projects throughout the Permian Basin, is actively seeking a Project Manager . The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standard. SEEKING A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT AS WELL. PAY AND ROLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE. Lead and manage all phases of construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, civil) ensuring alignment with client vision, quality standards, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones. Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules; Manage project budgets; negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors; Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, codes and regulatory requirements are addressed and adhered to. Supervise, mentor, and coordinate team members (site supervisors / foremen / subcontractors) to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits; enforce safety and quality control procedures. Uphold LMB’s values of craftsmanship, attention to detail, personalized customer service, and building lasting relationships. 5 years of project management experience in construction (residential, commercial, industrial or mixed) preferred. ~ Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, materials, and regulations. ~ Experience in budget management, scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent), and estimating. ~ committed to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. ~ ability to travel to job sites in the Permian Basin region.
