Ankrom Moisan, voted one of Oregon’s Top Workplaces of 2015, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. We are looking for the following skill set:
Job Description Our Seattle office is seeking a highly creative and energetic Project Manager, passionate about design, to lead teams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ experience with a diverse background, with a focus on healthcare, and experience in multi-family, healthcare, and mid/high-rise projects. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitment to sustainable architecture, and a desire to cultivate client relationships are vital for success. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of code requirements in the Portland area and a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects and project teams in a fast-paced environment that rewards self-starters
Provide design guidance for all phases of a project, including tenant renovation
Develop and manage work plans and staff
Estimate fees and write project proposals
Lead daily interactions with clients, architectural teams, and design teams
Manage the execution of design and contract documents, including detailing and specifications
Provide Quality Control for contract documents
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect in the State of WA preferred
Experience in Senior Housing, High Rise, and Healthcare
Ability to design in Revit
Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Collaborative, team-oriented, and tech-savvy
