Overview Job Opening: Senior Accountant (Temp-to-Hire) - Fremont area. We\'re seeking a Senior Accountant with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to join a growing team with our client in the Fremont area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and contribute to strategic financial planning. Base pay range $43.00/hr - $48.30/hr Responsibilities Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries Lead the month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies independently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting (required) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and Excel Looking for a role where your expertise is valued and your contributions make an impact?
