Base pay range $108,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Senior Accountant / Technical Accountant Our software client is seeking an immediate addition to their team, this role will be responsible for management and corporate accounting responsibilities while maintaining financial information and related reporting, while ensuring internal controls are preserved. Core Responsibilities Coordinate the application of proper revenue recognition for our Software as a Service (SaaS) based business model Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for the company’s business activities Perform reconciliations of company financial data, research variances, and adjusts as needed Enter, review, and/or approve financial transactions in the company’s financial system Review and/or prepare schedules and work papers for internal auditors as required Monitor compliance with company financial policies and in accordance with GAAP Assist with financial and tax audits Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting Minimum 2 years of revenue recognition experience Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP software (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) ASC 606 experience preferred Proven ability to prepare a complete set of financial statements (B/S, I/S, Cash Flow) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLookups) Ability to understand, interpret and present conclusions on financial data Work Model Hybrid, with 3 days on-site required per week Compensation $108,000 - $125,000 Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance and Sales Industries Accounting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Technical Accountant” roles.
