RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans. This is a team-based position that requires strong interpersonal skills. Duties: Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams Business Analyst is responsible for conducting customer and market needs analysis, developing detail product and internet systems requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing Be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team Identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current clients, applying delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions, understanding client tactical plans and goals and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution As a Business Analyst, you will oversee business to system knowledge management and assist in overall system design from user interface through backend processes REQUIREMENTS: Experience in creating detailed product and systems documentation such as business rules, requirements, process flows and business object modeling Problem solving and analytical expertise Independent research abilities Strong interpersonal skills Preferred, but not required skill sets: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Copilot software Knowledge of payments systems and products The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
