Job Description Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in customer business and technical requirements as well as application functionality. Conducts application demonstrations for users. Documents requirements through user stories including acceptance criteria in Jira, maintains project documentation in Confluence, supports testing through UAT. Collaborates with developers to implement and test customer requirements throughout the application development and testing phases. Works closely with their Sprint team.

Demonstrate applications to users
Document requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria in Jira
Maintain project documentation in Confluence
Support testing through UAT
Collaborate with developers to implement and test customer requirements during development and testing phases
Work closely with the Sprint team
Job Requirements Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong technical skills and ability to understand and evaluate new technologies quickly
Design software workflows and use cases to support more efficient processes internally and externally
Solid software development lifecycle experience
Create requirements documents for software, business, IT, etc.
Design test plans to validate software functionality against requirements
Strong technical writing skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
Some experience in project management and leadership is desired
Knowledge of IT industry trends and solutions
Broad knowledge of IT systems infrastructure and architecture dependencies
Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical people and participate in requirements definition

Detail oriented
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
