Navigate the Regulated Gaming Landscape Ensure all solutions meet the unique compliance requirements of regulated gaming. Partner with compliance teams to maintain data security and regulatory standards. Build Relationships Across the Organization Act as a trusted liaison between business and technical teams. Balance competing priorities while keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed. What You Bring to the Game Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in a Business Analyst or similar cross-functional role (experience in tech, gaming, or startups is a plus). Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart). Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise documentation and presentations. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Haves: Understanding of BI concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate effectively with analytics teams. Experience working in regulated industries. Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with user story creation and backlog refinement. Mindset We Love: Startup hustle — you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Security-first thinking — you naturally consider data protection in every solution. The Reality Check (Working Conditions) Physical setup: Primarily computer-based work (up to 8+ hours/day), with flexibility to work remote or in-office.
