Subject matter expertise (SME) in policy or claims areas is must. Ability to analyze business processes, process gaps with documentations and identification of improvements areas. Ability to lead/execute consulting engagement Experience in requirement management, workshop handling and customer relationship management with business heads/CXOs Hands on experience on use cases/BRD and other project artifacts related to requirement management, process improvements. Experience on SDLC and agile methodologies.
