10+ years of IT/CRM business analysis experience, with 7+ years on Salesforce projects. Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules, including: CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval workflows) RCA (revenue recognition, contract amendments, reporting) Billing (subscription, usage-based billing, invoicing, dunning, credit notes) Proven experience delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash projects. Skilled in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams, and data mapping documents. Familiarity with integration scenarios (Salesforce to ERP/Finance). Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst preferred.
