Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gameball’s Lifecycle Automation module. Deeply understand the goals of customer engagement tools and enhance our CRM module that is tightly integrated with Gameball’s loyalty, rewards, and promotions. Define and deliver intuitive tools for audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and multi-channel messaging flows. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver and expand communication channels, use cases, and behavioral automation flows. Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, CX) to ship scalable, impactful features. Prioritize and scope features based on customer value, simplicity, and platform cohesion—not feature volume. Translate product ideas into detailed functional specs, user journeys, and release documentation. Gather feedback from merchants, internal teams, and market trends to evolve our automation capabilities over time. Handle ad-hoc client requests related to lifecycle campaigns and ensure they are productized into reusable, scalable features. Monitor the adoption and performance of launched features and iterate based on data and feedback. Stay ahead of emerging trends in customer engagement, marketing automation, and lifecycle personalization. Requirements
Experience: 5–7 years in product management, preferably in SaaS, customer engagement, or marketing platforms. Domain Expertise: Solid experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign automation, or communication tooling. Hands-On Exposure: Has previously built, managed, or operated customer journey builders, segmentation engines, or messaging workflows. User-Centric: Experience in running or supporting real-world lifecycle campaigns is a strong plus. Data-Driven: Strong understanding of event-driven behavior and how it can power personalization. Execution-Focused: Excellent at writing clear specs, release notes, and product guides. Strategic Thinking: Able to balance customer needs, tech effort, and product simplicity.
