POSITION SUMMARY: Seamlessly melding refined and rustic, vintage and contemporary, Sepia is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager who loves hospitality and wants to join the leadership team of a high-end restaurant. Candidates should have experience in upscale dining and be prepared to lead with integrity and a positive, productive tone. Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Compensation Details : Salary ($85,000.00 - $95,000.00) Benefits : Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401k, Commuter Benefits, Potential Bonuses Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Open availability 5 years minimum previous management experience is required Illinois Manager Food Sanitation Certification, Allergen Certification, and BASSET Certification required Ability to manage and accelerate during periods of high volume Desire to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with Schedulefly, Tock, and/or Toast; OpenTable experience is a plus Strong bar background is a plus (ordering, menu development, creativity, inventory management) Working knowledge of restaurant management and operations Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with business partners Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Attention to detail and love of hospitality Essential Job Functions
