Patient Ratios – 1:5/ 1:6 stretch dependent on level of care Inpatient overflow unit w/mixed level of care- medical surgical and/or step-down patients bedded on this unit Short stay ( Quick turnover Type of equipment – telemetry; if telemetry monitoring indicated, all patients hardwired to bedside monitor. EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have
