Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Long Island City, NY that is seeking a Data Analyst to support the development and expansion of a proprietary in-house analytics platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in digital analytics and data visualization, and who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement new data streams and enhance tracking capabilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau (or similar tools like Power BI)
- Integrate new attributes and tracking mechanisms to improve digital analytics coverage
- Provide actionable insights into user behavior, including search patterns, booking activity, and conversion metrics
- Document processes, data flows, and technical specifications to support scalability and future enhancements
- Lay the foundation for a scalable analytics platform that will evolve to deliver deeper business insights
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong experience with digital analytics tracking and integration
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a strong plus
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Background in eCommerce or similar data-rich industries is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on custom analytics platforms or tools
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proven track record of scaling analytics tools and systems
