Job Details: Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Mon - Thurs) | Pay: $20.77/Hr

What does a Remanufacturing Technician II do at Swire Coca-Cola? As a Remanufacturing Technician II, you will play a crucial role in the process of remanufacturing Coca-Cola coolers and fountain equipment to extend their lifecycle, improving supply chain and reducing environmental impact. You will be responsible for repairing/replacing parts of the equipment to operate like new, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. This position offers opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs or replacements of worn or damaged parts, including seals, gaskets, and electrical components
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee performance and reliability of remanufactured equipment; use precision instruments to verify accuracy
• Reassemble fountain beverage equipment, ensuring proper alignment, fastening, and sealing; follow manufacturer guidelines
• General bodywork on equipment, including sanding, masking, and decal application
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete work orders to support equipment sales
• Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects; conduct tests/diagnostics and document findings
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
• Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is desirable
• Mechanical and technical skills with ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment; knowledge of electrical systems a plus
