Job Description
The Warehouse Associate, reporting to the Warehouse Lead-Shipping & Receiving, will be responsible for:
- Supporting the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
- Receiving and checking incoming supplier purchase orders
- Repacking incoming material efficiently and logically
- Shipping packages with UPS WorldShip
- Locating products using company inventory management system
- Pulling orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
- Building pallets with orders and positioning them to loading docks
- Wrapping orders before loading on trucks
- Re-stocking inventory manually and with warehouse equipment
- Filling out records of completed orders, supplier packet of documents as required
- Maintaining equipment and reporting on malfunctions
- Adhering to health & safety policies and quality standards
- Completing supplier pickups and deliveries safely and efficiently
- Completing customer deliveries safely and efficiently
- Any other duties as assigned or required to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
And:
- 3 to 5 Years warehouse experience
In addition to:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ LBS and stand for 8 hours in a warehouse environment
- Takes direction well - strictly follows instructions
- Strong work attendance record
- Sharp math skills including ability to read and understand fractions and decimals
- Keen attention to detail
- Team player
- High energy
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Computer skills
- Forklift experience / certification a plus

- $19.00-22.00 hourly pay
