Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and residents in a welcoming and helpful way.
  • Answer phone calls with a smile and connect callers to the appropriate staff members in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the welcome experience within the community, including keeping the front desk and lobby area organized.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or receptionist is a plus
