Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote; Boston-area-based individuals are preferred for occasional meetings
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our SVP of Operations.
TG Therapeutics is a fully integrated, commercial stage, biopharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition, development and commercialization of novel treatments for B-cell diseases. Our research pipeline includes several investigational medicines, and we have received FDA approval for BRIUMVI (ublituximab-xiiy) for the treatment of adult patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS).
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient and effective management of the executive’s schedule, communications, and strategic initiatives. This individual will serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, contributing to the smooth operation of the department and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for the SVP of Operations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and expense reporting.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other executive-level communications.
- Maintain highest levels of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal information.
- Act as a liaison between the SVP of Operations and other departments, business partners, and external contacts.
- Anticipate the needs of the SVP and proactively address operational and logistical issues.
- Track key project timelines and deliverables; provide administrative support to operations project teams as needed.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and other duties as assigned.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within biotech, pharma, or healthcare industries.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Concur, Asana) is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
