We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This individual will play a key role in managing the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, supporting audits, and contributing to overall financial integrity and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial reporting Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed Analyze financial data and present variance analyses to management Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to resolve accounting issues Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls Proficiency with ERP systems, QuickBooks and Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills What We Offer Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr
