Job Description

The successful candidate will greet employees, visitors, and vendors, and represent the company brand. The role involves support for quick and effective response to employee, security, facilities, and other related service needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus
• Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check-in process
• Provide excellent customer service and actively engage with each individual

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
• Ability to work effectively under high-stress situations
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a corporate office setting
