PepUp is hiring: Delivery Propane Driver in Federalsburg

Join to apply for the Delivery Propane Driver role at PepUp. This position requires an individual to safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations.

This position also requires someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward Safety, Sales, customer Service and Employee Team-Work. Making deliveries in all type of weather and conditions. Overtime is possible in the heating season.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for achieving delivery objectives set forth by the local District Manager.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward Safety, Sales, Customer Service and Employee Team-Work.
• Prior gas delivery experience is helpful.
• CDL Hazmat, tanker, and air brakes endorsements are required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather and driving conditions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with existing and potential customers.
• Flexibility to work outside of basic job description.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed and advance in a team environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug test and Homeland Security Background Check.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to take direction from plant manager.
• Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a Hazmat endorsement and Tanker endorsement.
• Employee must be capable of frequently lifting cylinders weighing 40-50 pounds.
• Minimum 2-year CDL license.
